HJT cell is a symmetrical two-sided cell structure, which is generally based on N-type silicon wafer, and is successively composed of transparent conductive oxide film (TCO), P-type amorphous silicon film, and intrinsic hydrogenated amorphous silicon film on the front. On the back of the cell, there are TCO, N-type amorphous silicon film and intrinsic amorphous silicon film.
