Light Induced Degradation (LID) refers to the phenomenon where the performance of a solar photovoltaic cell temporarily decreases after initial exposure to sunlight. Typically observed during the initial operational phase after the completion of solar photovoltaic cell modules, the primary cause is the interaction between boron and oxygen within the cell induced by sunlight.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Specifically, boron is a common dopant used to enhance the conductivity of silicon. However, sunlight triggers the reconfiguration of oxygen in silicon, leading to the formation of defects such as boron oxide (B2O3), resulting in a decline in cell efficiency. The effect of LID usually peaks within the first few hours or days of the solar photovoltaic cell being put into use, after which it stabilizes.<\/p>\n

To mitigate the impact of LID, modern solar technology employs various methods such as reducing impurity concentrations in silicon, improving doping processes, and incorporating special annealing steps. <\/p>\n

\u5149\u8bf1\u5bfc\u9000\u5316\uff08\u7b80\u79f0LID\uff09\u662f\u6307\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u5149\u4f0f\u7535\u6c60\u5728\u521d\u6b21\u66dd\u9732\u4e8e\u9633\u5149\u4e0b\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u6682\u65f6\u964d\u4f4e\u7684\u73b0\u8c61\u3002LID\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u5149\u4f0f\u7535\u6c60\u7ec4\u4ef6\u751f\u4ea7\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u8fd0\u884c\u9636\u6bb5\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u5149\u7167\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u7535\u6c60\u4e2d\u787c\u548c\u6c27\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n
