Zero Energy House is a house in which the amount of energy produced in the home by solar power generation systems, etc. exceeds the amount of primary energy consumed in the home (air conditioning, hot water supply, lighting, ventilation) to achieve a net annual energy consumption of approximately zero. This next-generation home combines thermal insulation, energy conservation, and energy creation. Depending on the location where the house is built and the standards it meets, such as the primary energy consumption reduction rate, it can be classified as ZEH oriented, Nearly ZEH, ZEH, Nearly ZEH+, or ZEH+. For condominiums, there are four types: ZEH-M, Nearly ZEH-M, ZEH-M Ready, and ZEH-M Oriented. The subsidy can be applied for in accordance with each type.<\/p>\n
