An ESCO(energy service company) is a business that proposes systems that are expected to be effective in saving energy and provides comprehensive services including installation, maintenance, and management of facilities. In other words, the ESCO company makes the necessary capital investment to achieve energy conservation, and charges a portion of the energy-saving effect as a service fee. Since there is no initial investment in the installation and the payment of the service fee is also a result compensation, it is possible to start energy-saving renovation work without taking a major risk for the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n
