<日本語>
「創エネルギー」の略称。エネルギーを節約する（省エネ）だけではなく、自治体や企業、一般家庭などが、太陽光など再生可能エネルギー源を利用して自ら積極的にエネルギーを作り出していくという考え方のこと。「省エネ」「蓄エネ」と組み合わせたZEH（ゼッチ）やZEB（ゼブ）の実現が求められています。
