BELS（建築物省エネルギー性能表示制度）（Building-Housing Energy-efficiency Labeling Systemの略称）は、建築物の省エネ性能を認証する制度の一つです。
2015年に「建築物のエネルギー消費性能の向上に関する法律（建築物省エネ法）」で建築物の販売や賃貸を行う場合に「その建築物のエネルギー消費性能」を★の数で表示する評価制度です。建物がBELSでエネルギー性能を表示・評価する際は、各住宅会社による基準ではなく、第三者機関による評価なので、信頼性が高いという特徴があります。

BELS, which stands for Building-Housing Energy-efficiency Labeling System, is a certification system that evaluates the energy-saving performance of buildings. In 2015, the "Law Concerning the Improvement of Energy Consumption Performance of Buildings" (often referred to as the Building Energy Saving Law) was enacted. This law mandates businesses that sell or lease buildings to label the energy consumption performance of the structure. BELS serves as the first standardized evaluation criterion for all buildings in Japan.
