Zero Energy House（ゼロ・エネルギー・ハウス）の略。太陽光発電システムなどによって家庭で作り出されるエネルギー量が、家庭で消費される一次エネルギー消費量（空調、給湯、照明、換気）を上回り、住宅の年間のエネルギー消費量を正味おおむねゼロにする住宅のこと。断熱性、省エネ、創エネを兼ね備えた次世代型住宅です。 戸建て住宅について、住宅を建てる場所のほか、一次エネルギー消費量削減率など満たしている基準によって、ZEH oriented（ゼッチ・オリエンティド）、Nearly ZEH（ニアリー・ゼッチ）、ZEH（ゼッチ）、Nearly ZEH＋（ニアリー・ゼッチ・プラス）、ZEH+（ゼッチ・プラス）という5タイプに分かれます。マンションについても、ZEH-M（ゼッチ・エム）、Nearly ZEH-M（ニアリー・ゼッチ・エム）、ZEH-M Ready（ゼッチ・エム・レディー）、ZEH-M Oriented（ゼッチ・エム・オリエンティド）という4タイプに別れ、それぞれに応じた補助金を申請することができます。
